  • Yes! We’re so happy to confirm that all of our products are completely cruelty-free! Animals are friends, not test subjects.

  • We don’t recommend this. Each pack of patches comes in various sizes that are tailored to fit your pimple. Additionally, we offer an Area Patch - which provides coverage for a wide area of skin.

  • This is not a common experience for our users, however, a splash of water will remove any residue.

  • If you’d like to wear makeup over your acne patch, we recommend using the Treat & Discreet or the Invisi Patch blemish patches, as they feature an ultra-slim profile for optimal direction.

  • We don’t recommend using other skincare products in the area that you’d like to treat with our acne patches. This could decrease the efficacy of the patch. Instead, we recommend applying the patch to the affected area after it has been freshly washed, and then applying the rest of your skincare routine around the patch.

  • Technically, yes! However, it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. We have acne patches that are created to treat specific types of breakouts.

  • We don’t recommend using our patches when your skin is in a “stripped” state such as with a chemical peel, microdermabrasion or even an open zit that has turned into more of a wound. We instead recommend that you wait until your skin is feeling a little less red and irritated from the treatments before using our products.

  • Our products are formulated to target acne, such as whiteheads, blackheads, and under-the-skin pimples. We don’t recommend using our patches on inflamed, irritated, or broken skin that is not caused by acne.

SHIPPING FAQs

  • Once you’ve submitted your order, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you provided us. This email will have your order number and a link to your order confirmation page, which will display your order’s status. You can view our full Shipping Policy here.

  • Yes! We do provide tracking information and this is included in your shipping confirmation email, which is sent once your parcel is in transit. The email will have a link to your tracking page and you can keep track of its status from there. You can view our full Shipping Policy here.

  • This depends on where you’re located and which shipping service you choose at the checkout. All of our shipping options for your address will be listed at the checkout, along with their price and an estimated delivery timeline. Please kindly note that these dates are estimates. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Please kindly note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products, except for items with manufacturing defects.

  • If you receive a defective item, please kindly note that you will be required to send us an email with a photo of the product that showcases the defect. Once received, we’ll provide you with a replacement product or a refund.

  • Refunds typically require 3-5 business days for processing through your financial institution. Should a refund encounter delays or go missing, our team will promptly investigate the status using our systems. Customers are advised to also consult with their financial institution for updates.

    To initiate a refund, we first need a clear understanding of the issue. Examples of situations warranting a refund include:

    1. Damaged or Defective Item (Unusable): If the item received is damaged or defective, making it unusable, you may qualify for a refund. Please kindly note that we will require photo proof before a refund can be processed.
    2. Severe Reaction to the Product: If you experience a severe adverse reaction to our product, we will evaluate the situation and may proceed with a refund.

    It's important to note that in all refund cases, we retain the right to assess eligibility based on specific circumstances. Our commitment is to address your concerns fairly and promptly.
